Subscription Shipping

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your billing cycle. The same shipping rates apply — standard $6 flat rate or free on orders over $50.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are actively exploring. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We want you to love Kola Energy. Here is how our refund policy works.

Unopened products

30-Day Return Policy

  • ✦We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • ✦The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • ✦Contact us and we will provide a return shipping label
  • ✦Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
  • ✦Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Opened products

All Sales Final

  • ✦All sales of opened products are final
  • ✦Because Kola Energy is a consumable dietary supplement, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used
  • ✦We encourage you to review our product details, ingredients, and FAQ before purchasing

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management link — no questions asked. Future charges will stop immediately. Refunds on subscription charges follow the same policy: unopened product within 30 days.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@bantuharvest.com or use our contact form. Include your order email and let us know you would like to return. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by us for eligible returns.
