You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with the proper functioning of the site, use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site, or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel orders placed at that price and notify you of the correction. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. For subscription orders, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6, with free shipping on orders over $50. Processing time is 1-2 business days, and estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original sealed packaging. All sales of opened products are final. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned product and appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is covered by us for eligible returns. For damaged orders, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace the product at no cost. 7. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders are billed monthly at the discounted rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle and no further charges will be made. Refunds on subscription charges follow our standard return policy: unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bantu Harvest website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Bantu Harvest and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (such as reviews, comments, or messages through our contact form), you grant Bantu Harvest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
